nderstanding the hepato-modulatory role of Ifit2 in MHV-induced pathogenesis is the key objective of my thesis work. The work is on a specific mice strain, Ifit 2 knock-out mice, made in the background of C57BL/6 mice. I would be focussing mainly on the histopathological and RNA levelstudies, alongside a viral load comparative analysis.
