Client: Healthcare major, ISRAELProject: CT-PET The OMNI program was formalized for client\'s PET/CT system which includes a fully integrated 3D Positron Emission Tomography and multi-slice Computed Tomography scanner with almost all available CT diagnostic applications. The main aim of the program is to reduce the drag time having with the dependency of REVO CT. It is conceived as a pluggable option of PET side changes into the Common Platform CT framework so that there is no dependency in future. Work is in Agile Release Train (PIs)• Scrum Master for three teams (distributed teams across India and Israel) • Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming to keep the product backlog relevant and prioritized ensuring acceptance criteria is agreed upon.• Effectively track teams’ progress, including burn down, velocity and release forecasting.• Expertly promote continuous improvement and help teams increase productivity and innovation.• Manage communications to ensure risks are handled effectively with stakeholders in sync.
