I love chaos.It means there is an opportunity for me to get to the bottom of it, and apply structure in the broadest sense of the word. I also enjoy helping people to live and work with less stress and a better quality of life.How does my passion help me in my current role? I guide teams towards self-organization so that top performance can be achieved and value created for the company. I also coach other agile experts and stimulate continuous learning by facilitating best practices exchanges, so we can all grow in a safe environment. This way, we can help our teams to learn and improve continuously as well. However, creating a life-long learning culture is a challenge! Luckily, organizational psychology, company culture and talent management are genuine interests of mine. And as teamwork makes the dream work, we will make this mission a reality one day.I am also an eager learner and believe in the maxim that you should practice what you preach before you teach.
