In my free time, I am skipper, flotilla leader, and instructor at Amorgos Sailing Holidays. As a skipper I teach families the basic techniques of sailing and create a safe and worry-free sailing experience. As a flotilla leader, I make sure that experienced skippers have all the information they need to navigate safely from port to port. In addition, as an instructor in the Netherlands, I give CWO certified multi-day training weekends. I am responsible for: • The safety of my guests and the ship; • Knowledge transfer, teaching people the principles of sailing in a fun way; • Fleet navigation and safety; • Plan an awesome sailing trip; • Contact on behalf of the organization; • Creating a pleasant holiday atmosphere; • Organizing activities.

Ik ben een ambitieuze en gedreven teamspeler met een passie voor verbeterprojecten. Tijdens mijn gecombineerde master studies en mijn praktijkopleiding tot Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt heb ik mijn analytische vaardigheden kunnen ontwikkelen en kennis opgedaan over verschillende proces optimalisatiemethoden. Als proces engineer bij bol ben ik met veel enthousiasme mijn organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden aan het inzetten om het delivery proces elke dag een beetje beter maken! Mijn ambitie is om steeds grotere verbeterprojecten op te pakken waarbij ik mijzelf mag focussen op het optimaliseren van complexe bedrijfs- of productieprocessen. Mijn doel is om binnenkort manager of lead te zijn waarbij ik collega\'s help om gave projecten succesvol af te ronden. Hierbij werk ik graag projectmatig en/of door middel van de Lean Six Sigma methodologie toe te passen.
