I am a proactive and achievement-oriented SIX SIGMA Black belt certified professional offering over 11 years of skills in driving and leading the Lean Six Sigma initiative across the teams; assisting the business teams and Operational Excellence teams with Ideation, leading projects, conducting lean awareness sessions, tracking project status through completion.Currently associated with Quess IT Staffing as Sales Operation Specialist and applying project management skills in driving multiple complex operational processes such as Partner On-boarding, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, or Organizational Sales Reporting.I am a forward thinking person with proficiency in the entire gamut of retail store operations inclusive of attractive display of goods, product merchandising, inventory control, sales operations & general administration in compliance with SOPs and customer service management; identifying & developing vendors, based on pre-determined qualifiers and achieving both top line & bottom line profits for assigned to the stores along with sales projections, budgeting & cost optimization.I possess functional expertise in SAP Master Data Management / Product Lifecycle Management, Material Management, Vendor Management, Articles (Material Master Data), Project Management, Quality Management and Order Management.
