Lead the Family Governance practice at BMO Family Office to align with BMO’s digital first strategy.• Educate and facilitate conversations across generations for families through consultations, workshops or customized family mandates.• Create content and workshops on family enterprise planning for delivery across wealth management.• Provide guidance, education and facilitation to engage families in conversations relevant to both the family and the business - specifically family governance, business succession and strategic philanthropy. • Collaborate with integrated advisory teams of internal and external advisors to assist with implementation of legacy planning to dovetail with their master plan of global financial, business and wealth planning strategies.• Contribute to the North American Family Office strategic plan through engagement with leadership.• Provide leadership, education and share best practices with various business lines within BMO.• Present and facilitate discussions at Canadian and U.S. national conferences (internal and external).• Regularly produce thought leadership articles on family governance.• Participate in media interviews on family office and wealth management content.
