About Shaun Stuhldryer

Shaun is a construction/development executive, consultant and leader with over 25 years of K12, higher ed, institutional & commercial experience in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado and Utah. Shaun brings unique perspectives and hands-on learned lessons to his clients with his background as a builder, as a construction manager-general contractor (CMGC), and a design-build contractor (DB) as well as time spent in the US Marine Corps with global service including work in the Middle East and Central America, including humanitarian work and hurricane disaster relief efforts. Shaun brings together diverse groups and team members to achieve successful programs and project outcomes. He is passionate about effective team building and planning to efficiently deliver legacy projects that will meet the communities needs for 50+ years. Shaun has successfully completed over $800+ million in capital projects. Shaun is an Oregon State University graduate with a degree in construction engineering management and a graduate of Portland State University with a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a focus in leadership and sustainability. Shaun is also a certified construction manager (CCM) through the Construction Management Certification Institute,(DBIA) certified through the Design Build Institute of America, a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) through the US Green Building Council, a technical assistance program (TAP) certified assessor through the Oregon Department of Education and OSHA 30 certified. In his free time, Shaun enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, enjoying the outdoors and helping his wife (kindergarten teacher) with her classroom projects.
