Site Lead• Promoted to Site Lead within the first year of employment. • Attend meetings, coordinate with a team of 10 plus facilitators on training and scheduling, and complete administrative duties as needed. • Organize and manage an office ensuring daily duties are completed in a timely manner.• Offer support to facilitators to maintain flow of Department of Labor (DOL) Transition Assistant Program (TAP) workshops.Facilitator• Engage 30+ service members in course content to help them successfully transition into civilian employment.• Guide military Transitioning Service Members and spouses in developing their individual goals to ensure successful civilian careers• Provide formal DOL Employment Workshops and Career Technical Training to groups with up to 50 participants and individual career counseling• Comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently• Ensure Service Members and their families have the necessary career tools and information to seamlessly transition into the civilian workforce.
