Built Onboarding/Offboarding touch points phase wise. • Digital transformation program – create road maps, automation aspects, implement per agreed design, post go live – manage the hyper care period, support services with onsite, offshore team. • Provide strategic direction for IT disaster recovery including application level fail over, data center strategy using Cognizant BCP practice. • Suggested Proactive ITSM Analytic tool through Cognizant Automation. This helped to identify Batch dependencies, job delays proactively and take actions. • Achieved perfect client stakeholder satisfaction score with various customers.
