Employer Relations Coordinator @SuccessWorks at the College of Letters & Science
Plan and execute the Equity and Inclusion Career and Internship Fair; a career fair with over 50 employers design to provide career opportunities across a variety of industries for underrepresented student job seekers. Aside from the career fair I spearhead the Empowering You Career conference, a conference focusing on career exploration and graduate school for over 200 first- and second-year students from programs on campus that serve underrepresented students. I collected feedback from over 100 underrepresented students about their career fair experiences; utilize the data to create a more equitable career fair for both students and employers. Outside of creating recruiting programs on campus I specialize in providing general career advising to students of color and other historically underrepresented students (including first-gen, student with disabilities, pell-eligible students). Develop and maintain sustainable partnership with employers that has a strong focus on DEI recruiting; providing employers 3 tier of consultation
