As an MBA graduate with diverse experiences, I bring a unique blend of analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to every challenge. My career journey has been shaped by a commitment to helping others and achieving excellence—whether guiding families through complex behavioral health interventions, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle, or excelling on the soccer field.As a Behavioral Health Technician, I honed my ability to assess needs, develop personalized strategies, and build strong, supportive relationships. This foundation of empathy and precision carries over to my work as a Program Manager, where I excel at understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, cross-funtional collaborations and fostering long-term client relationships.My experiences as a collegiate soccer player at Sonoma State University and as a professional athlete in Germany have further enhanced my experience. These roles instilled a deep sense of passion, discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities I bring to every professional endeavor. Competing at high levels taught me how to remain focused under pressure, work alongside others in a team towards a common goal, lead by example, and continuously strive for improvement.My commitment to excellence, combined with a strategic mindset, understanding of human behavior, and the discipline of an athlete, allows me to deliver results that benefit both individuals and organizations. I’m now looking to leverage my diverse experience in a dynamic role where I can continue to make a meaningful impact.
