ABOUT SCOTT MUNDY
As a watersports staff at RISE Adaptive Sports, I assist people with disabilities in participating in various water-based activities, such as kayaking, sailing, and water-skiing. I enjoy this role because it allows me to combine my passion for outdoor recreation with my commitment to social inclusion and empowerment. I am also pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in accounting with a minor in finance at the Culverhouse College of Business, where I expect to graduate in May 2026. Last summer, I completed an accounting and data analysis internship at HighPeak Energy, where I gained valuable skills and experience in verifying check runs, writing and entering invoices, building models, and performing budget analysis for the oil and gas industry. I am proficient in using spreadsheets and think-cell software, for which I have obtained a certification. My goal is to leverage my academic and professional background to pursue a career in the finance or operations sector.
