At Chemours Company, I managed many different teams to oversee broad range of environmental programs at both active and former operating manufacturing facilities including federal and state permitting. As the Strategic Lead and Remediation Project Director, I organize environmental due diligence programs for mergers and acquisitions and divestiture of assets. I deliver and administer project budgets and environmental remediation reserves for SEC reporting. I also contribute to litigation strategy including third-party claims, tort liability, and environmental remediation.A few key achievements in this tenure include:Completed the divestiture of 400 acre former industrial site including liability transfer that translated to significant savings to company along with reserve write-off.Leading a broad multi expertise team implementing PFAS/PFOA related off-site investigation/mitigation program spread over 300 SQ MilesLead a team to complete remediation activities under compressed schedule at divested brownfield site where the company maintained the remediation obligation after the transfer of title.Promoted to Strategic Lead for negotiating multiyear service agreement with key suppliers. Negotiated of multiyear consulting contract with two major consultants with year over year savings of 12% with total contract value of over $75 Million over a 5 year period. Led several quality improvement and transformation projects with significant savings as part of corporate transformation process following spin off from DuPont.
