During my time with Target Corporation, I contributed to building and optimizing internal tools and portals by developing over 20 responsive web pages using React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. These efforts significantly enhanced user engagement by 30% while reducing load times by 25%, directly improving the productivity and experience of internal stakeholders. In addition to frontend improvements, I played a key role in backend system enhancements. I constructed a modular e-commerce component using JSP, Servlets, and EJBs, which improved transaction volume and system throughput by 30% across Target’s retail operations. To further strengthen system performance, I optimized Hibernate/JPA layers for Oracle and SQL Server databases, achieving a 25% boost in query speed for real-time dashboards that supported data-driven decision-making.I also focused on integration and delivery excellence by streamlining microservices communication through Spring-based DAO components, integrating both SOAP and REST APIs to reduce inter-service latency by 30%. To ensure high-quality releases, I created JUnit test cases and enhanced CI/CD pipelines using Git and JIRA within Agile workflows. These improvements resulted in better test automation, higher release consistency, and accelerated delivery timelines.
