Supervision: 4 Direct; 35 Indirect• Core focus on the design and implementation of EH & S programs meeting DoD, Army Corp of Engineers, U.S. Navy, Department of Transportation, and other government agencies requirements for multiple King & George companies.• Provide support to fleet management, environmental compliance, business development, business continuity to create multi-facet safety programming and documentation.• Designed and implemented mentorship program for rising personnel. • Leader of Federal contract compliance management overseeing multiple contracts across CONUS• Design, re-design, develop and implement contract compliance strategies, policies and procedures, system designs, and core values of EH & S• Serve as subject matter expert of safety, quality, and environmental compliance by proving depth and breadth of knowledge on hazard recognition, evaluation, and situational control.• Designs and implements strategic initiatives to mitigate hazards and meet contract obligations.• Collaboration with operations leadership, cross-functional teams, and government customers• Maintain corporate level documentation of safety policies, procedures, and records to include OSHA documentation.• Monitor assigned contracts and companies to verify compliance.• Aid in the investigation of injuries and incidents.• Create and implement worker compensation injury claims and Return-to-Work program.• Perform assessments and corrective actions during safety, quality, environmental, and productivity reviews.
