Over the past 3 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of CX, UX and product strategy for EdTech helping teams build digital products that people actually want to use. Whether I’m mapping out journeys, running user interviews, or shaping roadmaps, I always start with one question: what’s the real problem we’re solving?I’ve designed features for 25K+ users, reduced churn with better onboarding, and launched products that went from zero to loveable MVP. I’ve worked in startups and SaaS, and I thrive where teams value users, speed, and purpose.Designed and built 0 to 1 products (web and mobile) for EdTech - Humanitarian AI.Streamlined the user experiences for Northeastern University students across 9 different campuses. Successfully completed my internship at a B2C educational startup empowered with AI where I researched and designed end-to-end products for iOS and android. Previously, I worked at Medallia (a leading CX and EX org). via ETech in demo engineering technical pre-sales where I collaborated with Medallia’s teams on complex, high-impact projects like the Forrester Analyst Relation Waves and Gartner Magic Quadrants. I led cross-functional teams that included Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. I worked on data-driven and technical solutions to deliver custom business intelligence and reporting platforms. I\'ve a strong knowledge for products and exposure to diverse frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, React and designing RESTful API\'s.
