I support a dynamic team of 11 professional development specialists across Los Angeles County. Our team works with districts and public, independent and parochial schools to provide professional learning opportunities for leaders and educators rooted in best practices of data analysis-Coaching and mentoring rooted in equity based practices -Support in goal setting and action planning -Conduct 1:1s with all teammates ensuring employees feel supported and engaged in their professional growth goals -Implement best practices rooted in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to ensure all team meetings and interactions across the team are relevant and inclusive to all stakeholders -Manage multiple workflows at different stages of implementation, while ensuring we are meeting the needs of all partners and meeting quarterly metrics -Hiring, training and onboarding new personnel and ensuring they are matched with a mentor who will be the best fit -Collaborate with multiple, diverse stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term training plans that will meet the needs of adult learners at all levels
