As a Consultant in the Center of Excellence (CoE) at Businessnext, I work at the core of research, innovation, and solution design, driving the development of future-ready CRM systems tailored for the financial services industry.My role involves: Research & Innovation – Exploring emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices to identify new solution opportunities and use cases for our CRM platform. Solution Design & Prototyping – Translating ideas into scalable prototypes and conceptual models, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer value. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with Product, Pre-Sales, and Engineering teams to validate concepts, build proof-of-value models, and support go-to-market initiatives. Product Enablement – Supporting the enablement of internal teams through knowledge transfer, solution walkthroughs, and demo-ready use cases. Strategic Contributions – Contributing to the long-term product roadmap by providing insights from ongoing R&D and helping shape the evolution of Businessnext’s CRM offerings.
