With over a decade of diverse experience in the spa, beauty, hospitality and Retail industry, I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Prior to my current role, I held the position of Cluster Manager at Zivame in India for seven months. In this capacity, I oversaw the operations of 40+ branches in South and West India. My responsibilities included monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing guidance on operational procedures, conducting regular meetings to review progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, I successfully managed budgets, prepared performance reports for senior management, and played a key role in staff development through training programs. My experience extends to the United Arab Emirates, where I served as Operations Salon Manager (Managed 4 stores) at Bedashing Beauty Lounge in Dubai for a year and five months. I also held similar roles at Grand Flora Spa Ladies Salon and Akaru by Soul Senses Spa & Wellness, demonstrating my ability to manage operations in diverse salon and spa environments. In the earlier part of my career, I gained valuable experience in spa management, holding positions such as Spa Manager at various establishments in Dubai, including Mövenpick Hotel, O2 Spa @ Carlton Downtown Hotel, and O2 Spa @ Warwick Hotel. My skills encompass a wide range of areas, including hiring, customer satisfaction, critical thinking, people management, presentation skills, and more. I am adept at managing stressful situations, implementing communication training, and overseeing order processing and demand planning. Moreover, I possess expertise in P&L management, business-to-business (B2B) interactions, and team leadership, with a strong focus on achieving key performance indicators. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. My experience in different countries and cultures has equipped me with a global perspective and the adaptability to thrive in diverse professional environments.
