AboutI’m a healthcare leader, administrator, and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence across hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare technology ventures around the world.Born and educated in London, I moved to Florida in 1988 and became a proud U.S. citizen ten years later. My career has taken me from Europe and the Middle East to the Pacific Rim and the United States, leading teams, launching programs, and building sustainable, world-class healthcare systems.For over two decades, I’ve held senior and C-level and consulting roles with renowned organizations including Tenet Healthcare, Pediatrix Medical Group, Mednax, Nicklaus (Miami) Children’s Hospital, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, and Nemours. My focus has been on strategic and tactical planning, revenue cycle optimization, and the development of high-performing clinical programs — particularly in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and cardiac services.During COVID, I began collaborating with the founders of Sivotec Inc, a health technology company committed to transforming how providers approach diagnosis and patient care. For the past five years, I’ve focused on advancing early, accurate diagnosis through the GENA AI platform, a SaaS solution designed for healthcare professionals worldwide. GENA empowers clinicians with precision insights, improves efficiency, and supports more informed, personalized patient care — wherever they practice.I’m passionate about building cultures of trust, accountability, and empathy. I enjoy working with diverse teams to solve complex challenges, strengthen operations, and improve the patient experience from diagnosis to recovery.Outside of work, I’ve been an avid diver, boater, and pilot who loves exploring the world from every angle — under the water, across the ocean, and up in the sky.
