As a Cybersecurity Consultant, I support Capgemini\'s Cyber Compliance & Critical Infrastructure Protection teams in enforcing NERC CIP Compliance (CIP-002 through CIP-013) and Control/SCADA system security. In my role as an OT System Administrator with NERC CIP expertise, I actively implement and manage CIP technical controls, assist with on-site engagement, and provide expertise in developing client compliance teams and audit preparation. I conduct vulnerability assessments, prioritize, and implement remediation measures to enhance the security and resilience of OT infrastructure. I contribute to the development and governance of NERC CIP and NIST compliant programs at client sites. Additionally, I support the day-to-day operation of OT/IT network infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability and uptime consistent with the organization\'s business and CIP regulation requirements. I collaborate with vendors and other engineers to assess and understand technologies, developing beneficial technical solutions for OT environments. As a Subject Matter Expert for NERC CIP requirements, I perform root cause analysis for non-compliance concerns and technical matters, and am responsible for implementing and applying CIP technical controls.
