Leader, strategist, and pragmatist: I have provided technology planning and management services to public sector agencies for more than 30 years. Starting by replacing 58 systems in 5 years at the Law Enforcement Support Agency in Tacoma, Washington, I have worked with numerous technologies, from AFIS to Zetron, and most of those in between. I focus on implementing the business use of technology and ensuring the technology used delivers business value. Currently, I assist both the Nevada Department of Public Safety and Department of Motor Vehicle with major modernization and transformation efforts. I serve in the role of Vice President, Enterprise Client Leadership, with Mission Critical Partners, LLC.My daily goal is to make someone smile and laugh.
