   Since 2006 has grown a private practice offering Strengths Based Development, cultural competency, and peer counseling; offers team, group and/or individual consulting on a sliding-scale fee. In 2010, expanded practice to include life coaching and mentoring, developed program covering personality development and career counseling/consulting. Modified and developed a motivational program “yelô” that utilizes the Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment and the Gallup StrengthFinder to encourage individuals to find their unique strengths and talents. Highly adept in employing both instruments within work and personal environments. Clients include: UCSB, InterVarsity, Westmont, The Turner Foundation, Free Methodist Denomination, and multiple faith communities spanning multiple faith traditions (e.g, Muslim, Jewish, and Christian communities)
