Growing up on the Calexico-Mexicali border gave me a unique perspective shaped by two cultures and the challenges of low-income communities with limited opportunities. While some see a divide, I see potential, driven by a belief that diverse perspectives can be a source of progress.I am pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Notre Dame (Class of 2027), combining my passion for engineering, leadership, and social impact. My experience spans project management, software development, and data science, and I bring technical skills in Python, Pandas, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, React, Tableau, and more, along with fluency in Spanish and conversational French.My goal is to leverage my skills and experiences to create meaningful opportunities for others, especially in under-resourced communities like the one I grew up in.
