With over 30 years of work experience in the IT sector, I am a passionate and skilled learning leader who strives to create impactful and engaging learning solutions for diverse and global audiences. I have a strong background in learning management systems, human resource development, change management and presentations, and I hold SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Trainer certifications. As the Director of Learning and Development at NTT DATA Services, I align learning strategies with the company\'s vision, values, and goals, and foster a culture of learning and innovation across the organization.In my current role, I have been instrumental in leading change management and learning teams for various mergers and acquisitions, including the largest one with Dell Services. I have designed and delivered learning programs for internal and external stakeholders, covering compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as technical and professional skills. I have also established and managed learning partnerships with external content and certification providers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability for over 150K employees worldwide. Through my work, I have enabled NTT DATA Services to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
