I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (DE/PA) with nearly a decade of experience providing child welfare advocacy, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for autistic and neurodivergent individuals. My work encompasses psychotherapy, treatment planning, and family-centered advocacy, enabling clients to develop skills, resilience, and meaningful connections.Currently, I serve as a Medical Social Worker at the Swank Autism Center at Nemours Children’s Hospital, where I support children and families through individualized care and as a Hub Team Member for the ECHO Autism STAT Model. I also practice as a Psychotherapist at Bridge of Love II LLC, providing evidence-based therapeutic support tailored to individual client goals. My research and leadership focus on advancing equity in autism care, addressing racialized ableism, and shaping inclusive policy as an Executive Committee Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Family Partnerships Network.I combine clinical expertise, systems advocacy, and research to develop accessible, justice-driven services that empower neurodiverse individuals and their families to thrive. I am skilled in providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, advocating for patients, conducting social work research, and performing psychosocial assessments and interventions. My experience includes assessing social drivers of health, coordinating community-based services, and conducting needs assessments. I am proficient in a diverse range of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care, and risk assessments. As a leader, I prioritize promoting diversity of thought and incorporating a wide range of ideas when developing strategies to address the needs of disenfranchised and marginalized communities. With a wealth of experience supporting patients, families, and caregivers, I help them understand their illnesses, conditions, or diagnoses and overcome obstacles by providing resources to address their emotional, financial, and social needs throughout their lives.
