As the CRM data analyst I provide analyses on patient information, leads, call patterns, demographics, and performance. I manage day-to-day CRM efforts including campaign analytics in Salesforce and Datorama. The MarCom department uses me as their experienced CRM super-user, providing overall support daily. My role requires complex monthly reporting to help marketing leaders and senior team members. I assist with campaign configuration & maintenance to ensure campaigns are named and tagged appropriately for tracking and ROI analyses. I’m responsible for creating and managing dashboards to ensure stakeholders are receiving timely and accurate reporting. For dashboards to function properly, I monitor API data to ensure mapping is optimal and running correctly. I work on workflow optimization to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities. I also monitor, assess, maintain, and improve data quality using multiple tools to drive departmental success. Programs: Epic Systems, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Datorama, AquaData, SQL Server, Google Analytics, Google Ads, VisualCron, Qlikview, Qliksense, Jira, Axiom, Azure, SFTP sites, Trello, Microsoft Applications
