Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to industry standards. • Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Oversee all aspects of Operations and Delivery, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and exceeding client expectations. Focused on optimising resource allocation, minimizing COGS, and implementing efficiencies to maximize profitability. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g, Sales, Merchandise, Operations, Legal), clients, suppliers, and agencies, to achieve strategic objectives.• Innovation & Growth: Drive innovation in in-store media formats, including placement, hardware, production, logistics, and execution.
