Mr. Jadgishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala, a young and dynamic person at only 20 years of age, came to Mumbai with nothing but a dream to make it big. Within a short period of starting his career, Mr. Tibrewala launched multiple businesses in Textiles, Steel and Food Colors.
The flagship company of the group is Roha Dyechem Pvt. Ltd., a world leader in the production of food colors. Starting from one small office in India in 1972, today Roha has offices in over 20 countries, with over 13 application labs and 13 manufacturing units.

Roha has taken giant strides towards clean energy. Roha built its first renewable energy project in 2007 by installing a 7.5-MW wind mills in Sangli, Maharashtra. Later, the company had set up a 25 MW solar plant at Charanka, Gujarat with highest standards of technology, optimised usage of land and resources, and minimising transmission losses.
In 2015, Roha commissioned its 27.5 MW solar plant at Bhadla in Jodhpur district, Rajasthan. It had also set up a 14 MW windmill project in Madhya Pradesh, India in 2016.
