Safety Lead providing support for manufacturing operations. I actively contribute to hazard identification programs, safety training, safety observations, safety audits, and assist division leadership with safety-related tasks and data analysis. I also play a significant role in incident investigations, both within my support areas and as support for other divisions.I possess a strong understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation techniques. This included examining confined space entries, approving hot work processes, evaluating fall protection measures, and verifying the safety of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and system openings for work.Additionally, I have a background as a Paramedic/FF/Hazmat Tech, where I provided advanced life support, CPR training, and hazmat training to employees. I worked closely with my crew to conduct safe building inspections, implement fire prevention measures, and respond to hazmat and other emergency situations at the plant site. I continue teaching as an instructor for American Heart Association courses.Other experiences and training included retail manager and real estate agent. I maintain licensure in the state of Tennessee for real estate. Managed stores for automotive stores in multiple sites. Experience in hiring, disciplinary actions, and execution of needed corrective actions. Inventory management and cost controls were also part of the required knowledge.
