Portfolio Development & Execution: Market the group’s mission and talent to business and functional leadership, effectively conveying a compelling value proposition, communicating successes, and driving continual demand for the team. Manage the group’s portfolio, which requires assessing project/platform leadership needs across the company on a regular basis, prioritizing needs based on corporate and business priorities, updating the portfolio and effected stakeholders as needs evolve, and ensuring ideal resource allocation across efforts.• People Development: Actively recruit and coach talented Innovation Project Leaders and Six Sigma Black Belts, which includes attracting and hiring top talent, supporting development needs, regularly soliciting feedback from key stakeholders, providing coaching to ensure efforts are on track and opportunities are addressed and championing wins and successes for the group. • Corporate Capability Build: Develop, coach and champion best practices across the company for “what good looks like” project and platform leadership to grow the corporation’s capability.
