I am an experienced and well-versed professional with +14 years in Ethics, Public Policies, Defense & Energy, with a Master\'s Degree in Law & Development and an MBA in International Business from University of Southern California.During my career, I became an expert in enabling innovation and allowing the capture of its value by: Managing procurement and bidding processes, in processes with a value of USD +100M per year. Designing innovation frameworks to be applied in several technical areas across different collaborative institutions, including military sector and academia. Providing legal advice and forging legal alternatives to enable creative thinking, multiplayer interactions and strategic partnerships.
