ABOUT RACHEL MCLAUGHLIN
Hello! I’m Rachel, a creative media professional and visual storyteller with a background in media, music, languages, and health advocacy. I hold a Master of Arts in Critical and Creative Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and German from Maynooth University. My academic and creative work explores the intersection of media, health, and gender, with a strong interest in storytelling.I’m the founder and content creator of @theendozine, an Instagram page dedicated to raising awareness about endometriosis. Through visual content, personal stories, and accessible information, I aim to support and educate others about this often-misunderstood condition.Alongside my advocacy work, I’ve created and produced podcasts, a short documentary, and screenplays on topics related to gender, music, and social issues. My tools of choice include Canva, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and GarageBand.Currently, I work at DHL Express in a fast-paced customer service role, where I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.Outside of work, I enjoy photography, filmmaking, and volunteering.
