Lead CARE\'s Education and Adolescent Empowerment Portfolio (valued at $210M and supported by a variety of institutional, corporate, and individual donors including GPE, FCDO, USAID, USDA, USDOL, DFAT, GAC, and ECW)-Our portfolio of projects focuses on access to quality education, leadership & life skills, and workforce development/skills for work while strengthening education and skilling systems. We focus on reaching girls, adolescents, youth, ethnic minorities, IDPs, and other marginalized groups. We have dedicated EAE programming in 30+ countries impacting 4M children and youth annually-Manage global team of 16 across various cultures and time zones. Support local country office teams and other CARE Member Partners. Serve on department-wide Senior Leadership Team-Champion Education and Adolescent Empowerment Vision and Strategy across CARE confederation-Provide technical and program management leadership and support on large projects to ensure high quality delivery-Liaise with government, private sector, and our local teams and partners for shared programming, results, learning, and scaling-Lead on fundraising/business development initiatives and as technical lead of large programs to expand education, skills development, and adolescent and youth empowerment programs-Engage externally in various spaces to represent and grow our work and partnerships.
