Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) at CARE HQ for all programs in an assigned portfolio; ensure the timely and quality provision of guidance, program monitoring, technical assistance, and operational support for the start-up, implementation, and close-out of program activities; coordinate the timely and quality development, review, and submission of all award deliverables- Serve as the primary POC for all correspondence and meetings between the donor or prime awardee at the HQ level, proactively ensuring that the needs and requirements of the program are effectively met and coordinated, and to highlight program successes and accomplishments- Liaise within CARE, the donor and implementing partner community, to showcase program achievements and results, promote learning and sharing of accomplishments and lessons learned, and to improve program quality and implementation.
