Designed a custom touchless invoice processing solution to automate the capture and matching of multi-line service POs against single-line electronic AP invoices, addressing a regulatory limitation imposed by Brazilian municipal authorities. The solution leveraged service measurement documents and OCR-based text recognition- Closed a critical functional gap that had been preventing full adoption of the Coupa procurement platform in Brazil, directly impacting the entire Brazilian customer base and serving as a scalable approach for other countries with similar single-line service e-invoicing constraints.
