As Head of Capital Markets & Investments at Pacific Hospitality Group, I lead the strategy and execution behind our hospitality real estate investments—spanning acquisitions, development, underwriting, capital raising, and asset performance. I bring a financial operator’s lens to every opportunity, with a relentless focus on value creation, investor alignment, and long-term portfolio growth. Over the past decade, I’ve overseen hundreds of millions in transactions—from flagship hotel developments and complex refinancings to fund structuring and joint ventures. My approach is driven by deep market analysis, proprietary modeling, and a collaborative mindset that aligns stakeholders from first pitch to final exit. I’m passionate about identifying transformative hotel opportunities, particularly those where strong design, branding, and operational innovation can unlock outperformance. Most recently, I’ve been focused on scaling the PHG Evergreen Fund, with a dual mandate to optimize our existing portfolio and expand into high-growth markets. I work closely with our CEO, President, executive team, and external partners to navigate capital markets, build lasting relationships, and elevate PHG’s national footprint.
