   Territory for this position is a multi state area with portfolio size of (120+) properties and associated buildings for the (11) States in eastern region of company. Travel averages 50% of any given calendar year.This is a full responsibility roll in ALL aspects of FM position:*conducting periodic site reviews.* Ensure All fire/ life/ workplace safety policies and standards are being upheld.*Manage work order flow via Service Channel work order system for immediate repairs, capital, PM needs for all locations in portfolio.*Conduct RFP process for individual major expense, capital projects as well as bidding for PM programs*Monitor and asses all vendor performance, and provide feedback to sites and vendors, to ensure smooth working relationships, up holding standards desired by project & program scopes.* Continuously monitor Capital items for issues such as priority equipment replacement/ major repair needs as well as the same needs for major trades such as Parking lots, HVAC and roofing.* Handle scoping, RFP, award and PM for Brand remodeling/ refreshing.* Formulation, review, refining and roll out of preventative maintenance programs on a national scale for trades with PM programs needs i.e. HVAC, oven & other restaurant equipment.*Budget and forecast recommendations based on current property, Asset conditions & project loads in Service channel work order system.*Maintaining contractor network and adding/ removing vendors on an as needed basis.*Scope clarification to ensure proper scopes and assess vendor submissions for compliance with Bagel Brand’s needs / asset needs for capital and major repair projects.
