   With the most comprehensive catalog of elearning courses from the world\'s top publishers, OpenSesame will help every step of the way—from finding courses, mapping them to core competencies, syncing them with LMS, to increasing utilization and improving your training programs.In my role, I am responsible for our proprietary tool called Simon that allows subject matter experts to create, translate and deliver high-quality elearning courses. We built this SAAS tool from scratch using modern tech stacks that host content that is accessed on-demand while integrating multiple external machine translation and AI services to generate, improve and translate course content. We often refer to it as being magic, but it takes a lot of hard work behind the curtain to make something powerful seem so simple. The ultimate goal - to deliver a tool that anyone can use to create a best-in-class learner\'s experience that works on any device, in almost any language and for any ability. At OpenSesame, we operate using entrepreneurial and innovative development approaches to understand and deliver value to customers quickly.
