ABOUT PAULINA PINEDA

Make everyone\'s life easier by decreasing the administrative workload for collaborators, this is what makes me happy as a calm tide. Worried about customer service for employees and guests? Organize events for your company? Management of administrative tasks? Conference press? Expenses? Flights? Create and update databases? I am absolutely sure that with a person like me by your side you wouldn’t have to worry about any problems. I have always proven to be a reliable person thus eventually I attracted all-eyes-on-me for any problem that there was. I have experience with leading big (by big I mean <$17MM MXN in private and <$125MM MXN in the public sector) projects in different areas, such as finance and security sectors. One of my biggest professional challenges was being able to manage and give all of the administrative support you can imagine to a group of 12 senators and all of the providers of the Senate. My last job definitely kept me busy mainly by the creation and optimization of all of the administrative processes they had, or not. The results- The sales reps (who are the center of gravity for each company, right?) stopped complaining about not having their expenses on time- Reduced the time of making a legal contract (went down from one week to one and a half-day)- Besides I made a complete inventory of cars, cellphones and computers, all of them with a signed letter of acceptance of responsibility- I was responsible for the monthly budget for all of the supplies that the company (over 300+ people) consume. I know that the competition on the market is high, but if you add my never-ending smile, optimism, flexibility, adaptability, unstoppable motivation and crack a joke for time to time of my stand-up routine, I feel that management of administrative tasks and I are made for each other.
