My journey began as a data analyst, where I built dashboards that empowered teams with actionable insights, helping them make better decisions faster. This foundation in analytics shaped my product management philosophy: every feature, workflow, and decision should be rooted in solving real user problems with data-driven clarity.As an Associate Product Manager (APM), I focused on improving the user experience for developers and clients by scaling client-facing APIs, automating Jira workflows, and shaping a data product roadmap that aligned with customer needs. This work laid the foundation for my role as a Data Product Manager, where I led the creation of a centralized ecosystem of dashboards, giving teams a single source of truth for key metrics and enabling them to act with confidence.Currently, I’m focused on improving payments infrastructure to make financial workflows seamless and reliable for users. I spearheaded the implementation of Plaid, reducing failed direct deposits by 67%, and led a payments service refactor to ensure timely, accurate payments, directly improving the experience for end users and businesses alike.Outside of work, I’m passionate about connecting with people and exploring the outdoors—whether it’s swimming, hiking, camping, or skiing. I’m also a proud Texas Longhorns fan and love spending time with my wife and two dogs.
