Responsibilities Included: • Maintain ownership and monitor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, VNDLY and Beeline • Liaise with IT to ensure internal systems are aligned with the Company’s operating procedures • Ensure that all audits, quality control measures and operational contracts are compliant with relevant legislation and regulation, and are aligned with operations and business strategy, and are used optimally • Manage projects and initiatives related to service delivery and tools that touch all areas of the business, including process flows, task instructions, training materials, measure, service delivery etc • Ensure service delivery against SLAs as agreed with each client i.e, onboarding, recruitment, etc • Conducting a monthly forecasting resource review • Responsible for Central Support & Client P&L; ensuring that all expenditure is in line with operational forecasting and allocated budgets • Work with other departments from Sales to PSO, providing support and advice on running departments cost effectively • Responsible for maintaining a strong client relationship within specific accounts (globally). Conducting timely contract reviews and meeting deadlines inline as stipulated within the contract • Conducting monthly client business reviews; evaluating current processes and environments, benchmarking best practices and driving internal efficiencies and cost reduction • Project management for account implementation of new business wins • Review and implement necessary regulatory changes • Ensure SOPs are compliant with relevant legislation and regulation and are aligned with operations and business strategy • Responsible for the Operational P&L, ensuring that budgeting remains in line with operational forecasting • Bi-annual review of the Companies service catalogue to ensure that pricing offered remains competitive.
