Responsible for all resources assigned to client and project teams within client program. • Provide on-going support for KellyOCG personnel assigned to client program, including training, supervision, direction and control to ensure that assigned personnel have the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet the specific needs of our clients.• Supply designated representatives, stakeholders, and sponsors with analysis of program performance against KPI\'s• Monitor compliance to program requirements, manage overall service delivery, identify process improvements, and focus on consistent services and best practices.• Responsible for delivery team’s recruitment output. • Provide direction to the team from a recruitment development perspective and bring industry recruitment best practice knowledge to the sourcing team. • Evaluate production metrics of the recruiters to verify all talent pipelines are at the appropriate levels and the quality of candidates provided are top notch.• Accountable for the successful and strategic management of a team of recruiters supporting the client program. • Responsible for overseeing the team to achieve and exceed recruiting goals/service level agreements (SLAs) for their area of responsibility.
