I have extensive experience in all areas of \'Public Procurement and Sourcing\' with a background in Military Procurement and Management. I worked on management level guiding teams of procurement officers throughout the acquisition process. I assisted and guided project teams for specific acquisition targets and management assessments, at regional, national and international level. Throughout my career within the Belgian Defence, I had to monitor, assist, train and develop coworkers in order to create and manage a team capable of answering to the various needs of Belgian Defence in a context of international operations. Based on the experiences mentioned above, I recently founded Rover Consultants.
