ABOUT ALAIN QUEVRIN
After 14 years working at the Belgian Ministry of Defence, joining the Thales Group was a natural move for me. I have had a very rich career, which has led me to the position of Country Director for the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. For the past 50 years, the Belgian Ministry of Defence, and the country’s space, security and transport departments have been relying on Thales. The Group employs over 800 people in Belgium across 7 sites: Brussels, Charleroi, Genk, Herstal, Leuven, Hasselt and Tubize. We have very close ties with several SMBs and the world of academia in the different regions of Belgium.Today, we are proud to combine our expertise with that of the Chantiers de l’Atlantique, Engine Deck Repairs and Socarenam, under the Sea Naval Solutions.be consortium. This alliance was created to provide the best possible solutions for the Belgian and Dutch navies’ MCM project.
