Manage and coordinate monthly passthrough billing for EAP (Early Access Program) customers, including preparation and accrual of associated costs to ensure accurate month-end reporting and compliance with accounting standards.• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations across key accounting including Debtors, Creditors, Intercompany, Fixed assets, Stock, GRIR, Bank and vendor Balances, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with financial reporting standards.• Responsible for managing debt collection process for diverse portfolio of customers across the globe including EAP accounts, by monitoring aging reports, resolving payment issues and coordinating with internal teams. this includes communicating with translators for foreign language calls to effectively chase overdue balances improving cash flow performance.• Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU regulatory requirements and meeting all statutory deadlines.• Oversaw the monthly processing and verification of more than 500 invoices, guaranteeing their correctness and adherence to corporate guidelines. Conducted on-time payments through wire transfers and ACH, which led to a 25% increase in payment processing efficiency and a 15% decrease in processing errors.
