Pratham Education Foundation is a not-for-profit entity working to ensure that every child is in school and learning well. Founded in \'95, the organisation has been pivotal in helping India understand the challenges in literacy better - through it\'s Annual Status of Education Report, and come up with innovative solutions to find solutions to those very problems as well. Pratham works in over 25 states and union territories in India, and has a network spanning US, UK, Africa and others as well. As the head of the Program Management Team, my work entails- Oversight of all education programs from a funding, project management and operation perspective- Support in fundraising efforts- Leading all donor management, strategic alignment of SDG strategies with Pratham and it\'s partners- Strategic partnership development to further drive impact to achieve education goals
