As a Senior Program Associate, I lead the strategic implementation and expansion of education-to-livelihood pathways under Pratham’s Second Chance Program across multiple states. My work focuses on strengthening alumni engagement, promoting higher education linkages, and building sustainable livelihood opportunities for women and youth.I have successfully implemented the Foundational Literacy and Financial Literacy modules, ensuring contextual adaptation, facilitator training, and field-level adoption across diverse contexts. I spearheaded the expansion of the LIC Bima Sakhi initiative, enabling alumni to access financial inclusion and self-employment opportunities through partnerships with LIC Development Officers and local teams. In education pathways, I facilitate the transition of alumni into higher education (Class 11, 12, and college) through counseling, open schooling support, and collaboration with institutions. On the livelihood front, I have supported the creation of alumni-led stitching units, linked them to CSR partners and government subsidy schemes, and promoted self-employment models.I also coordinate with state and pathway teams for program planning, alumni surveys, financial literacy assessments, and success story documentation. Through these initiatives, I have helped reach over alumni, expanded Bima Sakhi to multiple states, strengthened alumni networks, and fostered a strong bridge between education and sustainable livelihoods.
