Following a career as an insolvency and commercial litigation lawyer, I joined the Queensland Public Service in 2007 as an investigator in the Environmental Protection Agency. After nearly 13 years in environmental regulation, in March 2020 I joined the Queensland Building and Construction Commission to lead the newly formed Financial Compliance Branch. In my current role I am responsible for the QBCC\'s internal audit function, leading the implementation of a regulatory assurance framework for the organisation and for the statutory internal review of QBCC regulatory decisions.
