AFSA is the is Government agency responsible for Australia\'s personal insolvency and personal property securities systems. Alexi works here as the Small Business Strategic Advisor- Co-author the AFSA Small Business Strategy, with organisation wide implementation, practical actions and measurable outcomes- Strategy aligned with regulatory action statement and vulnerability and untrustworthy advisors strategies. Aim is to improve AFSA’s stakeholder engagement process, education touchpoints such as the website and materials for small business, data gathering and alignment with other agencies, and education and outreach activities. All to support small business community on business related personal insolvency, the PPSR as a business tool, and build awareness of AFSA as regulator of the credit system- Internally educate and advocate for small businesses across multiple teams to develop strategic communications and materials to ensure relatable, reliable and practical information sharing- Advise on stakeholder engagement strategy to build relationships with industry groups to partner on delivering effective messaging- Deliver internal data reports
